A graduate and post graduate in Electrical Engg. from VJTI, and a teaching tenure of 27 years, 2 years in VJTI and 25 years in Bedekar Polytechnic, Thane. During teaching she has also handled a portfolio of Training and Placement officer and was involved in a number of teaching-learning activities of Maharashtra State Board of Technical Exams. Secured national award for best M.Tech. thesis in Electrical Engg. in 2006 by ISTE and L &T. Was an institute coordinator for the VLAB project of IITB. Also worked in Continuing Education and Quality Improvement Programmes (CE and QIP) in IIT Bombay for 2 years as consultant and coordinator for TEQIP activities.  Worked as Assistant Project Manager for DMA projects in CTARA. Currently working as Assistant Project Manager in the PRAYOG project in CTARA.
